Combination of metal tubes with TEC cable, fiber cable, or electrical conductors in one compact profile.
Provides multi-function capability for wells requiring power, data, and fluid control in the same package.
Power + sensing + fluid delivery in one assembly
Reduced rig time & simplified installation
High-temperature and high-pressure stability
Single or multiple metal tubes encapsulated in high-performance polymer.
Ideal for hydraulic control, chemical injection, and critical monitoring lines requiring corrosion protection and smooth deployment.
Excellent crush & abrasion resistance
Stable in H₂S/CO₂ & high-chloride wells
Smooth running in coiled tubing & completion operations
Flatpack assemblies streamline the entire completion process by integrating tubes, TEC cables, and fiber units into a single compact structure. This minimizes rig time, reduces handling steps, and ensures smooth deployment in vertical, deviated, and long horizontal wells — delivering faster, safer, and more consistent installations.
Engineered for the world’s toughest wells, Lander flatpacks maintain stability and performance under extreme pressure, high temperature, corrosive media, and mechanical vibration. Whether in HP/HT reservoirs, offshore deepwater, geothermal, or CCS wells, flatpacks ensure long-term protection for tubes and cables.

After production, Flatpack products are inspected, coiled, and packaged to protect the cable structure during transportation and handling, ensuring safe delivery to the field.
Copper and aluminum conductors are carefully stored and managed in a controlled warehouse environment. Each batch undergoes verification for conductivity, dimensional consistency, and surface condition before entering the production line, ensuring stable electrical performance and reliable processing throughout cable manufacturing.

Annealed single wires are stranded into conductors to achieve the required current capacity, flexibility, and mechanical strength.

Insulation materials are extruded over the stranded conductor under controlled conditions to provide electrical insulation and thermal protection.

An inner sheath is applied to protect the cable core and provide a stable base for armoring.

Metal armor is applied to enhance mechanical strength and resistance to external impact and downhole stresses.

Cables are carefully spooled and packaged to prevent deformation and damage during transportation.
