Manufacturing Process

Chemical Injection

Capillary tubes serve as a stable and corrosion-resistant conduit for continuous or batch injection of scale inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, methanol, and other chemicals.
With excellent pressure resistance and precise ID control, Lander capillary tubes ensure accurate chemical delivery to maintain production flow and protect downhole equipment.

Tube Forming & Welding

The strip is shaped into a tube and longitudinally welded with precise heat control to achieve consistent weld integrity.

Cold Drawing

Multiple cold-drawing passes reduce tube diameter and wall thickness, improving dimensional accuracy and mechanical performance.

Annealing with Internal Gas Protection

Controlled annealing relieves stress and restores ductility, while internal inert gas protection prevents oxidation and ensures clean inner walls.

Straightening

Precision straightening equipment corrects tube curvature and ensures a stable OD/ID profile for coiling and installation.

Laser Marking

Laser marking prints grade, heat number, and size information for traceability and quality control.

Packaging

Final coils are secured with industrial wrapping, wooden reels, or steel reels for safe transport to global oilfield locations.
